Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant seeking a local part time opportunity?

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a longstanding Reading based Financial Services company seeking a Part time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. Working for 10 to 12 hours across either 2 or 3 days.

Our client is looking for an adaptable and motivated candidate, ideally with previous experience using Sage 50 or similar packages and the ability to work across a variety of tasks. Knowledge of Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot tables is highly desirable. You will be working closely with and reporting into the Financial Controller and supporting with the below duties.

Duties for this role include,

Processing and coding supplier invoices
Managing supplier accounts
Making payments
Processing employee expenses
Updating cashbooks
Reconciling monthly bank statements
Assisting with providing information for annual audit

The business offers a hybrid working model with at least 1 day at home after probation and training.
