Role Responsibilities

Lead fundraising efforts across current and future private equity and real estate funds, with a focus on European institutional investors.
Manage and expand relationships with LPs, family offices, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Develop tailored marketing materials and investor communications.
Contribute to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographic expansion.
Oversee middle-office fundraising operations, including CRM systems, data room management, and investor reporting.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising processes.

Role Requirements

Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations within private markets (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or private credit).
Strong understanding of the European institutional investor landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Ability to work across asset classes and articulate the value of impact investing.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
