Our client, a leading name in wholesale banking, is seeking an experienced Back Office Processing Manager to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven operations professional to step into a leadership role, overseeing a busy team and ensuring the smooth delivery of all wholesale back office functions.

The Role
Manage a team responsible for trade processing, confirmations, settlements/netting, and limit monitoring.
Oversee staff development, performance, and training to maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and control.
Deliver daily and monthly reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain robust operational controls and support successful audit outcomes.
Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and efficiency initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business, as well as external banking partners.

The Candidate
Proven experience in a similar wholesale banking or back office environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience of guiding teams through change.
Knowledge of FX, Money Market, Banknotes, Payments, and Nostro reconciliations/investigations.
Proficient with MS Office (intermediate or above) and SWIFT.
Degree-level education or equivalent in banking/finance.
