Business Development Executive – Wholesale Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and develop relationships across a panel of wholesale clients, including IFAs, DFMs, and wealth managers.
Drive fund flows and client engagement through a combination of outbound contact, strategic follow-ups, and personalised service.
Collaborate with field sales colleagues to execute regional strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Present investment solutions in a credible, consultative manner across a range of asset classes.
Support the development of junior team members; prior mentoring or informal leadership experience is highly valued.

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years’ experiencein wholesale distribution or intermediary sales within asset management.
Solid understanding of the UK wholesale landscape, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate complex fund propositions clearly.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus.
