Our client

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and well respected property company on the Wirral who due to growth are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. They’re a small, friendly bunch who work hard but also support each other and have fun! Hours & Salary

Office-based in Heswall. 5 days per week (ideally to be flexible to work a Saturday when required) but also happy to consider part-time at 3/4 day per week. Please state when applying.

£25,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing

This role is a key position for the business as you’ll be ensuring their office runs smoothly at all times. It’s a busy role, and you’ll be supporting with compliance, dealing with customers over the telephone and in person, as well as helping the team to be organised and efficient.

Manage and process tenancy applications from start to finish
Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, renewals, and legal notices
Ensure all safety certificates and compliance documents are up to date and filed correctly
Handle telephone calls and emails from tenants, landlords, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain accurate records and databases
Support the lettings team with general office administration and coordination
Ensure compliance with current property legislation and company policies
Liaise with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth running of property management processes

What experience you’ll need?

Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
A proactive problem-solver with a “can do” attitude
Experience in lettings or estate agency is desirable but not essential
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry software quickly
Team player who contributes positively to a supportive and fun office environment
