Reception Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Reception Team Leader to lead a large team and provide a seamless and effective customer journey. The role is based in the heart of the City. We are looking for someone to lead a successful and happy team, demonstrating the highest quality workplace experience to our internal and external stakeholders.

Your duties will include.

To coordinate day-to-day operations between business areas promoting a ‘One Team’ ethos across all service lines.
To Manage a team of 3 ensuring that all ISS Global procedures, policies and standards are met, providing a five-star workplace experience.
Take ownership and maintain the onsite SOPs/New Starter guides, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant to each role and produce monthly operational performance reports.
Champion HSEQ, and Corporate Responsibility within the Service team.
Creating a positive, engaging and dynamic workplace experience and always ensure high visibility.

To be successful in this role you will need

Previous experience leading or managing a team in a customer facing environment.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be organised, motivated, committed and able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a Front of House Team and have the relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience and ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office).
