Position: Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Brighton

Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 DOE OTE company benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Lettings professional to join a thriving independent agency. You’ll play a key role in securing new business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities

Managing property enquiries and conducting viewings
Negotiating and finalising tenancy agreements
Liaising with purchasers, vendors, and supporting the sales team when required
Generating new business opportunities through calls and marketing
Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
Updating and managing property listings to maximise exposure
Working to company KPIs and targets while delivering exceptional customer service

About You

Previous lettings experience is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, driven, and target-focused
Local market knowledge of Brighton would be an advantage
Full UK driving licence (own transport preferred)
