Worth Recruiting is proud to represent a leading international estate agency, rapidly expanding across London. Their Canary Wharf office is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their fast-paced, energetic team.

The successful candidate will be a confident, ambitious professional with a proven background in residential property sales. You will play a key role in driving market share, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the ongoing success of a highly respected brand.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Registering and qualifying new applicants
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Progressing sales through to completion
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Delivering first-class customer service
Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and branch growth
Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
Knowledge of the London property market (preferred)
Excellent sales and negotiation ability
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, articulate, and well-presented
Positive, determined, and target-driven attitude
Fantastic telephone manner
A professional approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
