Fabulous Lettings Negotiator role in an established agency, Winchester, busy team with an OTE up to £40,000 OTE

Our client, a leading property firm in Winchester, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team. If you’re keen for variety, progression, and the chance to work with a broad portfolio, this could be your perfect move.

The role involves letting multiple properties, building strong applicant relationships, and actively seeking new instructions. You’ll be registering and managing applicants, arranging and attending viewings, progressing offers, producing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with residential lettings procedures.

You’ll be joining a strong team across sales and lettings – a supportive environment where referrals and teamwork are central to success.

What we’re looking for:

Previous lettings experience (local market knowledge is a bonus)
Confident communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
A team player who thrives under pressure and works to deadlines
IT literate with database/software experience
