We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Luxury Sales Negotiator to join one of the world’s most prestigious and recognised luxury property brands, covering the Ware, Welwyn, and Hertford area.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury properties priced at £1.1 million and above

Conduct high-level valuations, client consultations, and viewings

Build trusted relationships with vendors and high-net-worth buyers

Handle negotiations and sales progression with absolute discretion

Promote listings using best-in-class marketing channels and premium exposure

Maintain expert knowledge of the local high-end property market

Deliver a tailored, white-glove service from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in property sales, preferably in the prime/luxury sector

A professional, confident, and customer-centric individual

Strong local knowledge of Ware, Welwyn, Hertford, and surrounding areas

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial spirit – self-motivated and target-driven

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
