Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with both the Sales Admin and Finance teams, helping to maintain accurate records, process orders, and support routine financial tasks. Main Duties:
Input and maintain data in ERP systems (NetSuite)
Process invoices, expenses, and credit card statements
Support the handling of sales orders and service requests
Organise documentation and assist with logistics
Contribute to internal projects and cross-team support
Requirements:
Strong communication and telephone skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Mac/Apple is a plus
Customer-focused with a positive, adaptable approach
