What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be the connection between buyers, sellers, and all key stakeholders in the home moving process. Your role is to ensure sales get from offer accepted to completion smoothly, efficiently, and with great communication throughout.
Register and update client details.
Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, lenders, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders.
Keep buyers and vendors updated at every stage of the transaction.
Collect, check, and file essential documentation (ID, mortgage offers, insurance, etc.).
Work proactively to resolve issues, chase outstanding actions, and keep sales pipelines moving.
Monitor multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and targets are achieved.
What we’re looking for
A proven background in administration, customer service, or property. Experience within an estate agency or lettings environment is ideal but not essential.
A track record of staying organised under pressure while spinning multiple plates.
Excellent communication skills – confident in dealing with clients and third parties over the phone, email, and in person.
Enthusiasm for property and a drive to learn and grow in the industry.
Team player mindset – supportive of colleagues and motivated by collective success.
