Job Title: Lettings Administrator
Location: London (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,500 – £27,000 per year
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a property administration role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in London. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in property administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle lettings enquiries via phone and email, register applicants, and book viewings/appraisals
Maintain and update client files and electronic records
Respond to landlord and tenant queries both verbally and in writing
Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation
Coordinate tenancy renewals and extensions
Arrange gas and electrical safety inspections
Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit release coordination
Track and manage property keys
Support the team with general lettings administration tasks

Skills & Attributes:

Highly organised, methodical, and reliable
Excellent time management and self-motivation
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
Confident liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Experience with referencing and tenancy documentation
