Our client is urgently seeking a Sales Administrator/Coordinator to provide temporary cover in their Sales Department. The initial contract is for 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension depending on circumstances.

This fast-paced role involves responding to email enquiries from Brokers requesting quotes. Using a set price list, you’ll prepare quotes and liaise with the Operations team to arrange collections once accepted.

You’ll be joining a supportive team, and while the role may be a quick immersion into the business, help is always on hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling email enquiries and preparing quotes
Coordinating bookings with the Operations team
Ensuring smooth communication between departments

Requirements:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
