We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Assistant to join our team for one day next week.

This role involves welcoming staff, managing logs, and ensuring smooth operations during busy laptop handover sessions across various sites.

Day-to-day of the role:

Welcome staff, sign them into the building, and guide them to the waiting area.
Log all old and new assets into an Excel spreadsheet with high accuracy.
Ensure that all staff are signed out properly.
Manage the flow of up to 700 laptop handovers, ensuring that any delays are communicated effectively and that all customers are well looked after.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
Ability to handle busy environments and maintain professionalism.
Excellent customer service skills, being a good ambassador for the organisation.
