Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Sheffield to join their friendly and already successful sales team..

Key responsibilities:

Hit or exceed agreed income target
Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
Updating vendors
Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
Be competent in sales progression.

Skills:

This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating in estate agency.
You must be passionate about property.
Driven, dynamic and hungry.
The ability to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have own car

Package on offer:

Basic £25,000 Realistic OTE £32,000 plus

All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and listings.

Hours:

The office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

9am-12:30pm Saturday (1 in 2)
