Coordinator (Corporate Planning Det) – What You’ll be Doing:
Coordinate and support strategic projects across divisions and departments
Organize high-level meetings including Europe Investment Committee and monthly management meetings including Board of Directors’ Meeting
Manage logistics: scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation
Maintain and manage internal approval process, legal documents
Record minutes and track follow-up actions
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
Liaise with top management, internal stakeholders and Japan HQ to ensure smooth communication
Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed
Support the Corporate Planning Department Manager and team in ad hoc strategic tasks
Coordinator (Corporate Planning Det) – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
Previous experience in project coordination, corporate planning, or executive support
Experience in preparing executive-level documents and presentations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Dutch/ French/ German speaker and Japanese proficiency is an asset
Understanding of Japanese business culture
Must have a right to work in Belgium
