Compliance Administrator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract) Hybrid

We are working with a leading motor retail services provider who is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join the business on a full-time, fixed-term basis.
In this role, you will support regulatory compliance processes, with a focus on FCA and Consumer Duty standards in a motor retail finance setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct compliance audits and reviews.
Maintain compliance records and monitoring logs.
Summarise management information (MI) reports.
Assist with meetings, minutes, and action logging.
Support the Compliance Monitoring Plan and escalate risks.
Perform quality assurance checks and support internal investigations.
Requirements
Experience in compliance, finance, or motor trade (preferred).
Knowledge of FCA rules/Consumer Duty.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
