�? Key Responsibilities:

Support the advice and planning process by preparing accurate client records, meeting packs, and new business submissions
Handle incoming provider correspondence, process new client documentation, and maintain CRM data integrity
Liaise with paraplanners and advisers to ensure seamless client service
Manage high volumes of paperwork efficiently while maintaining compliance and accuracy
Contribute to ongoing projects, operations, and service enhancements

?? What We’re Looking For:

At least 12 months of experience in a financial administrator or client services role within wealth management or financial planning
A proactive, organised approach with a genuine passion for client outcomes
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy team environment
Desire to study towards the Level 4 Diploma (support is provided)
