Are you a strategic, commercially savvy finance leader ready to take the reins of a high-impact portfolio within a growing, purpose-led organisation?

Talent Finance are hiring a Divisional Head of Finance – Property to lead the financial performance of a major maintenance operation, which is the largest and most complex cost base across the group.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll work side by side with senior stakeholders and directors, bringing clarity through sharp financial insight, shaping strategy, and driving improvements across reporting, planning, and performance.

What the Role Involves:

Leading and developing a finance team of 7
Owning the full financial cycle for the maintenance division, including management accounts, forecasts, and long-term plans
Partnering with senior directors and operational leads to turn performance data into strategic actions
Presenting monthly financial reports and insights to senior leadership
Managing quarterly reforecasts and supporting group-wide cashflow planning
Playing a lead role in integrating acquisitions into the finance structure
Driving process improvement and promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability across the team

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 5 years’ post-qualified experience
Strong experience in management reporting, business partnering, and financial planning
A confident communicator, used to working with senior leaders and non-finance teams
Skilled in building and leading high-performing finance teams
Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge, bonus if you’ve worked with Microsoft Dynamics
Experience in maintenance, housing or property services is a plus but not essential
