Financial Divisions is proud to be partnering with a respected Tax and Investment Consultancy located near Hemel Hempstead to recruit an experienced Tax Manager / Tax Consultant. Renowned for delivering high-quality business advisory services, the firm places strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, supporting both day-to-day tax matters and future financial planning.

The Role – Tax Manager / Consultant

As a key member of the team, you will:

Manage a portfolio of High Net-Worth (HNW) individual clients (approx. 200).
Prepare and review personal Tax Returns, Capital Gains Tax computations, and residency queries.
Handle HMRC correspondence including Let Property Campaign responses and negotiations.
Provide tax advisory services on IHT, CGT, domicile, and residence issues.
Work closely with the investment team to provide integrated tax advice.
Manage trust-related work including trust accounts, tax returns, and administration.
Support team members and contribute to the growth of the client base through new business enquiries.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous tax experience in a managerial or senior consultant capacity.
ATT qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
Excellent portfolio and deadline management skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities.
Experience with trusts and corporation tax is beneficial, though not essential.
A proactive, advisory mindset and desire to work collaboratively within a growing team.
