?? The Role
This newly created role is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a full finance function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, using your insights to guide key decisions, optimise strategy, and ensure financial clarity in a growing, agile environment.
�? Key Responsibilities
Own forecasting and growth modelling
Conduct pricing and profitability analysis
Advise on cost savings and efficiency improvements
Lead budgeting, cost tracking, payroll, and procurement
Produce management accounts and support financial reporting
Act as a strategic business partner to directors
?? What You’ll Bring
Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Deep understanding of the finance function: forecasting, reporting, accounts, budgeting
Background in commercial finance: pricing, profitability, strategic guidance
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and organisational skills
ACCA, ACA or CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified
Willingness to commute to Warwick regularly
