We’re working with a highly respected national Investment Management and Financial Planning organisation to find a Client Administrator to support their London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business known for its high standards, outstanding training, and progression opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a key member of the Financial Planning team, working closely with Financial Planners to ensure a smooth and professional client experience. Your duties will include:
Supporting Financial Planners with all administrative tasks related to client service
Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
Preparing meeting packs, valuations, and policy documentation
Maintaining accurate client records on internal systems
Liaising with internal operational teams and third-party providers
Supporting with new business processes and anti-money laundering documentation
Promoting and assisting clients with digital tools and portals
What we’re looking for:
At least a year of experience in financial services, ideally in a similar administrative support role
Excellent communication, organisational and client service skills
The ability to prioritise work effectively and stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
A good standard of education – degree desirable but not essential
An interest in gaining further qualifications (full training support provided)
