THE COMPANY:

I’m working with a company working with the public sector and infrastructure partners. Their mission is to make complex data more actionable through AI-powered automation, and they’re now hiring a Front-End Developer to lead on the UI side of their core platform.

THE ROLE:

You’ll join a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary product team working on a brand-new web platform. As the lead front-end developer, you’ll be responsible for shaping how users interact with the product and translating complex data into an intuitive interface.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the front-end development using React and Tailwind CSS
Integrating with Node.js APIs and dynamic real-time data flows
Ensuring fast, accessible, and responsive user interfaces
Collaborating with AI and back-end teams to visualise technical outputs
Contributing to long-term architecture and UI/UX strategy
Deploying to a modern cloud environment (AWS) and iterating in an agile setup

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Front-End Developer will bring:

Experience building with React
Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks
Solid knowledge of API integration (REST and WebSockets)
Familiarity with modern testing practices (unit/component/E2E)
Bonus: knowledge of Python or experience in AI/ML environments
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Strong communication skills and a user-first development mindset

THE BENEFITS:
