Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

Reed Finance Norwich are delighted to be working with a valued client of ours to recruit for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a fixed term basis, initially for 12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global company and have a meaningful impact within the finance function. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with experience in FP&A, looking to impact business outcomes through robust financial management and strategic insight.
Day-to-day of the role:
Collaborate with the part-qualified Finance Business Partner to manage the financial aspects of the business.
Manage forecasting cycles including annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and mid-year plan (5-year cycle).
Partner with Heads of Business and Sales teams across multiple offices to build accurate forecast models for both revenue and expenses.
Provide monthly P&L reports to Heads of Business, supporting them through robust financial management and business partnering.
Deliver insightful reporting and commentary during month/quarter end at both local (GBP) and global (USD) levels.
Assist senior management with ad hoc financial analysis such as performance at a product/customer level, FTE analysis, and sales pipeline reviews.
Conduct monthly payroll and FTE reviews in collaboration with Corporate Finance and HR teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights.
Skilled in interpreting and explaining financial data to non-financial audiences.
Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
Strategic thinker, aligning financial plans with the company’s strategic priorities.
Professional presence with the ability to lead and influence others.
Highly effective communication skills, capable of establishing credibility with senior management.
Strong relationship-building skills, able to collaborate across functions in an international, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Recently qualified accountant (0-2 years post-qualification) with relevant experience in a commercial Finance Business Partner role.
