The Role: Finance Broker – Commercial & Development Finance

As a Finance Broker, you’ll be responsible for structuring and delivering tailored funding solutions for property developers, investors, and commercial clients. This is a role for ambitious finance professionals who want to work on complex, high-value transactions and fast-track their career within a brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities
Structure and deliver funding solutions across Senior Debt, Stretched Senior, Mezzanine, Equity, Joint Ventures, Bridging, and Development Finance.
Manage a pipeline of high-value transactions, averaging £2.5m per case.
Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate and secure competitive lending terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Work collaboratively with lenders, investors, and legal teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
Provide clients with expert, consultative advice on optimal funding structures.

Package & Earnings
Finance Broker: £40,000 – £60,000 basic
Senior Finance Broker: £60,000 – £80,000 basic
Uncapped Commission: 10–20% with no validation
Performance Bonuses for exceeding targets
Realistic six-figure earning potential

Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Commercial & Development Finance (broker, lender, or private banker).
Strong understanding of Senior Debt, Mezzanine, Bridging, and Equity Finance.
Exceptional relationship management and business development skills.
Ability to structure, present, and deliver complex funding solutions.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to exceed targets.
