The Role
You will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by preparing client reports, updating systems, liaising with providers, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
Preparing for client reviews, updating client records and requesting provider information
Validating fund data and updating income expectations
Producing valuation reports and supporting documentation using internal templates
Submitting cases and assisting in new business processing
Answering calls and dealing with client and provider enquiries
Staying up to date with products, regulations, and compliance requirements
Supporting advisers with excellent administrative assistance
About You:
Previous experience supporting a financial adviser or working in a regulated financial services environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn systems (knowledge of IO is a bonus)
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) or equivalent
A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
