Mortgage Broker / Advisor – Bridging Finance & Development Finance

Manchester City Centre – Office based

Up to £45,000 Base Uncapped Bonuses

We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning finance Lender seeking a talented Mortgage Broker / Advisor – or an experienced BDE / BDM – to specialise in Bridging Finance and Development Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients’ financial positions and provide tailored advice on Bridging & Development Finance solutions
Research a wide range of lenders to source the most competitive products for client needs
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely completions
Keep up to date with the latest market trends, regulations, and lender criteria
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice
Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker / Advisor or BDE / BDM, with a focus on Bridging & Development Finance
Solid understanding of mortgage products, lender criteria, and application processes
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Driven, proactive, and target-focused mindset
