My client is on the lookout for a Senior Management Accountant to join their award-winning team.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the management accounts for the entire Group. You’ll work closely with Managers, support strategic decision-making, and lead a team of Management Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts, P&L analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
Present key insights and reports to senior leadership including the CFO and CEO
Drive budgeting and forecasting in partnership with site managers
Improve processes and ensure robust financial controls
Lead year-end close and liaise with external auditors
Mentor and manage a team of Management Accountants
What You’ll Bring:

CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified
A detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Strong knowledge of Sage 200 and Excel
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passion for continuous improvement
