A high-performing, independent wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing technical team. You’ll work closely with experienced Financial Planners and fellow Paraplanners to support high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and professionals across a wide range of financial planning areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters

Conduct detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection

Prepare cashflow modelling and scenario planning for client meetings

Work alongside Financial Planners, Compliance, and Admin teams to ensure timely, compliant advice delivery

Maintain accurate records and keep up to date with regulatory and product changes

Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion)

Proven experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management firm

Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and protection

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work proactively within a team

Salary & Benefits:

£40,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office)
