THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE-BASED. IT IS NOT HYBRID/REMOTE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO SEGENSWORTH MON-FRI

Our client is a successful Mortgage Brokerage, focusing on the commercial sector.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting clients from mortgage application through to completion, working closely with lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and providers to keep things moving smoothly and professionally.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of admin experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced, rewarding role with a clear progression path.

What you’ll be doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for clients once their application has been submitted
Uploading documents to lender portals and chasing updates
Liaising with solicitors, lenders and providers to keep cases progressing
Completing ID checks, AML and compliance admin
Keeping the in-house system updated with accurate notes

What we’re looking for:

1+ year of administration experience ideally
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
A proactive, supportive, detail-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

There is bonus with this role, and a realistic OTE of £28-30k. Basic salary of 26k if you have experience.
