It is a wonderful opportunity to join this Award-winning Architecture Practice as their Receptionist /Front of House Coordinator in Farringdon. This is a Monday to Friday office-based position, 37.5 hours per week.

As the Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and organisational backbone of the studio, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything flowing, allowing our teams to focus on delivering groundbreaking projects.

Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator in Architects’ key contributions will include:

Managing incoming communications with professionalism and warmth, and creating an exceptional first impression for all visitors.
Efficiently managing all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, coordinating essential logistics like transportation and courier services.
Ensuring the meeting spaces are impeccably organised and equipped, handling bookings, refreshment needs, and setting up seamless video conferencing facilities.
Studio Maintenance & Resources: oyster cards, cameras, laptops, exhibition stands, stationery
Proactively managing inventory and ordering essential office, kitchen, cleaning, and sanitary supplies, keeping our team well-equipped.
Serving as a key Health & Safety representative, conducting staff inductions to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
Playing a key role in orchestrating engaging social and charitable events that strengthen our team spirit and foster connection.
Providing essential administrative backup, managing archiving, assisting with overall studio facilities (e.g., coordinating annual maintenance, safety tests), and collaborating with cleaning staff to maintain our high standards.

Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator requirements:

Experience in a front-of-house role within either professional services, customer services or a hospitality environment would be a significant advantage.
