Looking for a Financial Services Administrator

Location: Northwich

Salary: Up to £35,000

Contract: 12-month FTC

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join the Client Payments & Fees Team. This team is responsible for accurately and timely processing client payments, investment instructions, internal transfers, and fee administration. The role involves direct client contact for verification and validation purposes, ensuring a high standard of compliance and service.

You’ll work with a range of systems, including XPLAN, PULSE, FUSION, and SYMPHONY, to manage financial processes efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Process payments in and out of client accounts, including ongoing fee monitoring, within agreed SLAs.
Conduct client contact for withdrawal processes and verification of source of funds.
Process internal transfers, investment switches, and bulk disinvestment activities accurately and on time.
Set up Direct Debit instructions and new fee scales, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
Maintain workflow tasks and case updates across relevant systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to departmental reporting and statistics.
Comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance policies at all times.

About You

Previous experience in financial services, ideally within wealth management.
Familiarity with investment products, wrappers, and platforms.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
IT proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A proactive approach, great team spirit, and flexibility to work extra hours during busy periods.
