Engineering Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000

Our client is looking for an Engineering Administrator, where you will play a key role in scheduling and administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:
Serve as the main contact for visitors and deliveries.
Schedule and monitor engineer appointments and service calls.
Maintain and update scheduling and reporting systems.
Prepare quotes and liaise with customers on upcoming jobs.
Manage stock levels and coordinate with the Finance team for stock takes.
Handle calls and correspondence, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Enforce office policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment.
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency in scheduling and reporting systems.
