Facilities Coordinator
City of London,
5 days on site,
Up to £40,000 DOE

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our City based Client, where you will be responsible for scheduling repairs, ongoing maintenance, and managing general facilities queries across their UK offices.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to facilities requests through multiple channels, meeting agreed service levels
Maintain the team’s facilities calendar
Assist with project planning and coordination with contractors and vendors
Keep facilities systems up to date and produce management reports
Liaise with building management teams to resolve facilities issues
Support onsite visits and inspections at various office locations
Assist with regional office construction projects as directed
Manage archive records and confidential waste processes
Contribute to vendor management, including research, assessment, and record-keeping
Track and process budgets and invoices where required
Support the health and safety programme, including training bookings, assessment coordination, and compliance tracking
Collaborate with other teams such as Project Management, Front of House, and Leasing
Provide occasional support with travel-related requests

Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to create and use spreadsheets at an intermediate level (formulas, pivot tables).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience in facilities management

Additional Information

Travel within the UK will be required on occasion.
