The role:
As Finance Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all day-to-day finance operations while working closely with the FD on strategic projects. You’ll oversee a small team and ensure the business has the insight and controls it needs to keep growing.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the monthly management accounts process, producing accurate and timely reports

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow

Oversee year-end statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors

Support commercial decision-making with insightful financial analysis

Implement process improvements to drive efficiency

Manage and develop a small finance team

About you:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Strong management accounting and reporting skills

Confident working in a fast-paced SME environment

A people person – collaborative and approachable with strong communication skills

Able to balance day-to-day finance work with a commercial, big-picture view

Package & benefits:

£55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
