Farsi Screening Interviewer

Do you speak fluent Farsi and have excellent English communication skills? Are you detail-oriented, confident, and curious by nature? Join our Clients team as a Farsi Speaking Screening Interviewer and play a key role in conducting enhanced due diligence interviews.

About the Role

As a Screening Interviewer, you will arrange, prepare, and conduct online, face-to-face (video recorded) interviews in Farsi. Your work will form a crucial part of our due diligence process, helping to assess and clarify key information. You will review reports, identify areas for further exploration, ask the right questions, and summarise findings accurately and objectively.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place.
Review due diligence reports, identifying anomalies or potential concerns for follow-up.
Conduct professional online video interviews in Farsi, following structured interview plans.
Summarise findings clearly, highlighting key points for the due diligence process.
Complete associated enquiries as directed.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Fluency in Farsi with excellent written and spoken English.
Confident with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Booking, databases, and Word.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
Objective, inquisitive, and detail-focused.
Professional appearance and confident presence.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to quickly grasp key information.
Willingness to participate in training sessions.

Desirable

Previous interviewing experience (phone, video, or in-person).
Professional interpretation/translation skills.
