Receptionist/Administrator (Construction/Manufacturing Background)

Monday – Friday 8AM-4PM

Temp – Perm

We are partnered with a growing and successful organisation based in Medway looking for a Receptionist/Administrator who is comfortable working in a construction/manufacturing environment. You will be the front of house and supporting multiple teams with their administrative tasks. The role is a temp to perm opportunity to join a growing organisation that can offer future progression opportunities.

Candidates from a construction or repairs and maintenance background would have an advantage but not completely necessary. We are looking for candidates that have strong communication skills and have a real eye for detail and high accuracy when completing administration tasks, as well as confident customer-facing skills. You will receive full training on the position once started.

DUTIES:

Welcoming and dealing with visitors to the site
Supporting the fleet, H&S and commercial teams with administrative tasks
Managing meetings (providing tea & coffee, etc.)
Assisting to resolve queries
Any other general administration tasks required
