Salary: £26,000-£27,000 Per Annum
I am currently recruiting for a family fun business based in Chelmsford, They are currently a small business which is rapidly expanding and now seeking a motivated, reliable and organised individual to join there busy office.
Day to Day of the role:
Daily Data Entry
Answering incoming calls and handling customer queries
Keeping customers updatted about orders via telephone and email
Taking and processing sales orders
Keeping records updated on company system
Supporting customer service and Accounts Department
General office Duties
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Strong communcation verbal and written
Previous Office Admin expereince
Thrives in a busy enviroment
Ideally looking for candidates on a 1 month or Less notice period!
