DATA MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8.30AM – 5.30PM OR 8.30AM – 5PM

£29,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a DATA MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR to join our well-established client based in BIRMINGHAM on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

Ensure the customer, supplier, product and pricing core data is inputted and maintained accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure the functionality to drive all required processes works effectively and efficiently (including webstore data)
Dealing with business system data queries, collaborating with other business teams to understand where data is causing issues
Implementing fixes to solve problems, escalating as appropriate to the senior data administrator where required
Providing basic training and support to system users to ensure they can meet their respective data management responsibilities and escalating compliance issues as appropriate
Assist in implementing robust data quality control measures designed to ensure consistency and reliability
Ensuring that data is processed and maintained in such a way that is fully compliant with the clients data regulation policies
Working with other team members to continually review and improve the ways in which our data is input and used, and our processes utilise the functionality in the order wise system

Essential Skills

Highly numerate demonstrating a strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent Excel skills
Proven experience of working to strict deadlines and the ability to process data quickly and accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive collaboration across departments
Used to working with high volumes of stock and customer data within an ERP system ideally in an FMCG business
Advanced excel skills is a must, knowledge of Power Queries, Power BI, or SQL would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to learn new skills quickly

Experience of working with order wise system

Training

Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
