An established fast growing Boutique Investment Bank are looking to grow their Tech team and require intelligent, high energy, pro-active, like-minded professionals at Associate level.

This roles offers exposure across all elements of M&A and Corporate Development on Sell and Buy Side deals with significant responsibility across Transactions and Client strategy.

Responsibilities and Skills include

Responsible for Financial and Insightful analyses
Client Facing – Building and Networking Relationships
Leading Transactions from end-end
Origination of deals
5 plus years of M&A experience
Exceptional communication Skills
Able to Manage complex workstreams
Strong Leadership
