Seeking a detail-focused Contracts & Administration Officer to support commissioning and contract management for Adult Social Care services, with a focus on older people. The role supports integrated service delivery with health partners and providers, ensuring robust administration, compliance, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

Administer and maintain contract records, variations, and documentation.
Support provider onboarding, compliance checks, and performance monitoring.
Collate and analyse service data; prepare dashboards and reports for reviews.
Coordinate meetings with providers and partners; capture actions and follow-up.
Assist with procurement processes (RFQs, evaluation admin, due diligence).
Track KPIs, risks, and service improvement actions; maintain accurate audit trails.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (commissioning, finance, legal, procurement).

About you

Experience in contract administration or commissioning support in a Local Authority/Public Sector setting.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
Confident with data administration and reporting (Excel/Sheets, SharePoint).
Clear communicator with stakeholder coordination skills.
Understanding of Adult Social Care and provider markets for older people.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for older adults.
