CMC Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a thriving, multi-site hospitality group based in the heart of London. We are seeking a proactive and experienced finance leader to take ownership of the finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the year-end statutory accounts process, liaising effectively with external auditors.
Produce consolidated profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls across all sites.
Monitor site-level profitability, delivering clear analysis and actionable insights.
Drive annual budgeting processes and forecasting cycles.
Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts for multiple trading sites within strict deadlines.
Provide detailed financial analysis to support business expansion and investment decisions.
Partner with senior management on pricing strategies and other commercial initiatives.
Deliver insights to shape strategic direction and optimise operational performance.
Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across AP, AR, and management accounting.
Introduce and refine systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide training and guidance to site managers on financial procedures.
Lead system implementations and upgrades to support business growth.

Essential Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CA)
Post Qualified Experience within a similar role
Proven track record within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors.
Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communicator with confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
