Interaction Designer, Remote, 3 months £400 P/D Inside IR35
You’ll work on reviewing and evolving baseline journeys already created, ad responsibilities will include: –
Responsibilities:
Review and refine end-to-end user journeys through the Customer Identity interface
Collaborate with service teams to ensure joined-up, user-friendly design across touch points
Improve usability and consistency of the common platform
Work within the established design system, evolving it where necessary
Champion user needs in cross-functional platform discussions
Requirements:
Strong experience in interaction design, ideally in complex, multi-service environments
Solid knowledge of public sector design patterns and accessibility standards
Confident working in a platform context with multiple service stakeholders
Excellent collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
