Student Experience Team Member
Newcastle

£12.90 per hour

Our client in Newcastle are looking for a student experience team member to support them within their busy period.

Responsibilities
Provide frontline support to students by building rapport, being approachable, and showing empathy.
Listen and respond to student needs and feedback, escalating or resolving issues appropriately.
Promote community building through support of Resident Ambassadors and helping deliver engaging student events.
Promote inclusivity by embracing diversity and treating everyone with respect.
Maintain the building environment by ensuring common areas are clean, tidy, and presentable—never walk past a mess!
Support safety and compliance, including basic monitoring tasks and emergency responses when trained.
Manage post and parcels accurately and in line with company procedures.
Follow operational standards as per company policies, procedures, and training.
Handle sales inquiries, including booking and conducting student viewings (face-to-face and virtual).
Support brand activity by participating in open days, housing fairs, and promotional events.
Work to achieve sales KPIs, ensuring a great first impression of the accommodation.

We are looking for somebody able to work flexible shifts (within operating hours of 7am–10pm) and be available when students need you, including occasional solo work or shift cover.
