This role is crucial in supporting the Complaints team. You will assist managers and directors in delivering timely completion of operational tasks and administration required to achieve a positive resolution of customer complaints.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and directors in managing customer complaints, ensuring all relevant documentation is available.
Maintain accurate and timely records of correspondence or discussions with customers and stakeholders on relevant systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage the administration to workflows and actions related to the resolution of repairs complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and a high standard of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated interest in our customers and the issues that affect their lives, together with a commitment to our organisational values
Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
MS Office knowledge
