About the Role
As our Tenancy Progressor, you’ll manage the entire tenancy administration process—from offer to move-in—ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike. This is a critical role in our lettings operation, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and delivering outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and progress new tenancy applications from offer accepted to move-in
Coordinate with tenants, landlords, referencing companies, and internal teams
Draft and issue tenancy agreements and ensure all compliance documentation is complete (EPCs, Right to Rent checks, Gas Safety Certificates, etc.)
Schedule pre-tenancy works, check-ins, and move-in dates
Maintain accurate records and keep all stakeholders updated throughout the process
Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a smooth handover
Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a tenancy progression or lettings administration role
In-depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must live within a 40-minute commute of Wandsworth
ARLA qualification is an advantage (but not essential)
