Capital Modelling Manager
One of the leading personal/commercial lines insurers is looking to bring onboard a senior individual to take ownership over aspects of the capital modelling process.
You’ll take ownership over the development of the internal model and transformation of the validation process. This will involve leading the analysis of the IECM and ensure alignment with the company’s risk profile.
Additionally, you’ll manage 2-3 direct reports and have c-suite facing exposure, relaying capital results and the strategic direction of the function.
