Salary: £40,000 plus Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (fully onsite)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Join our clients Luxury Care Home in Worcester, part of a larger group offering exceptional residential care across the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Relations Manager to enhance our team and drive occupancy at our high-end care facilities.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage the full admissions cycle for both permanent and respite residents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, and the local community.
Promote the home through tours, events, and active community engagement.
Effectively “sell” the home’s services and lifestyle to maintain and grow occupancy levels.
Serve as the front-of-house ambassador, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
Collaborate with the marketing team on various campaigns including press releases, social media management, and advertising.
Monitor and report on occupancy trends and conversion rates to the Regional Director and Home Manager.
Strategise with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role within the care sector.
Background in front-of-house, hospitality, or private healthcare admissions is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in using social media and collaborating with marketing teams.
Ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and shape the role.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
