We’re looking to recruit a Talent Partnerto join our?RPO?department and support across a range of specialist and volume recruitment contracts!
Specialist
In this dynamic role, you’ll specialize in recruiting technical positions for government, public and private sector organizations. Your strategic sourcing expertise will engage both active and passive markets, delivering top-tier talent to our clients. As a subject matter expert, your industry understanding and awareness of emerging trends will enable you to consult with clients, shaping their talent acquisition strategies and helping them to achieve organizational goals.
Volume
Our RPO Volume team is looking for individuals who can handle high volume contracts and work collaboratively to achieve project/seasonal peaks. You will be working with one client at a time, representing their core values and brand, working closely with both candidates and key stakeholders within that business. The work is fast paced, and target orientated, best suiting individuals who strive for that strong sense of achievement at the end of every day. Teamwork is key in this role, and we are looking for individuals who can work well with others to achieve common goals.
What’s a Talent Partner?
ATalent Partner is an experienced recruiter who is confident working as part of a skilled recruitment team, as well as building relationships with hiring managers.
You’ll be:
Managing the recruitment cycle for your own job requisitions
Working closely with your hiring managers to build successful relationships
Recruiting and sourcing for a variety of job roles
Utilising tools to understand and explore your market
Flexible in your ability to work with different clients depending on the requirements of the business
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for recruiters with 12 months+ experience who are keen to develop and grow within the business.
It’s also essential that you:
Have excellent communication skills via phone and email
Have a strong working knowledge of the MS office package
Have experience managing and utilising ATS software
